Flash Bang Authentics Sports Break Policies

At Flash Bang Authentics, we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and exciting experience for all participants in our sports breaks. By participating in our breaks, you agree to abide by the following policies, which outline our procedures, rules, and expectations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

1. General Policies

Break Timing & Shop Listings

• A break does not begin until it is officially listed in the shop.
• Offline payments (e.g., direct payments outside the shop) will only be accepted when explicitly called for by us. Payments sent before this call may be refunded.
• If a purchase is made before a break is removed from the shop, the shop’s listing takes priority, even if it was our mistake.

Break Structure & Spot Assignments

• We may, at our discretion, pre-fill spots, allow participants to "dome" (purchase an entire box) when inventory is limited, or implement special procedures to facilitate sales.
• The person who closes the break will typically select the box. However, this is at our discretion and does not constitute a guaranteed right.

Offline Payment Rules

• Offline payment is a privilege, not a right.
• Payments must be for the exact amount currently listed in the shop at the time of sending.
• No comments should be included with offline payments. If included, you may be asked to use the shop exclusively.
• Additional fees may be required to offset commissions associated with offline payment methods.

Memorabilia Assignment for Multi-Team Representation

• If an item features multiple teams, it will be assigned based on:
  1. Longest-tenured team
  2. Most games played for a team
  3. The team that drafted the player
• For trading cards, assignment is determined top-down, left-to-right as printed.
• Notwithstanding the above, Flash Bang Authentics reserves sole discretion to determine team assignments when necessary.

Chat Conduct & Moderation

• Excessive or unnecessary messages in the chat, particularly during offline payment calls, may result in temporary or permanent muting.
• Disruptive language or behavior may lead to a ban.

We reserve the right to edit these policies at any time without notice.

2. Fairness & Integrity

At Flash Bang Authentics, fairness is at the core of everything we do.

Fairness

• Every participant is provided with an equal and fair opportunity to secure a team or hit an item.
• The nature of a sports break ensures all participants engage with the same level of uncertainty and opportunity.

Randomness & Integrity

• Our curated boxes are designed to balance randomness and fairness, ensuring each break provides a diverse and unpredictable experience.
• While we cannot guarantee specific teams or players, every box is carefully structured to deliver maximum excitement and fairness.
• Boxes are packed by our internal shipping team to ensure no one outside our organization has knowledge of the box contents.
• If you would like to pick the box yourself, you must be the last participant to close the break.

Our Three-Part Promise

• Fairness – Every participant receives an equal opportunity to hit a team, assuming an equal 32-team structure.
• Exciting Experience – Every break is designed to maximize suspense and engagement.
• Transparency & Integrity – We prioritize clear communication and operate with integrity to ensure a level playing field.

3. Our Guarantee

Refund Policy for Active Breaks

• All sales are final once the break has concluded.
• However, any participant may request to exit a break for a full refund before the box is pulled.

Break Execution & Discretion

• While we strive to follow all policies and procedures, live breaks sometimes require real-time decisions.
• The breaker conducting the break has sole discretion to make procedural decisions to ensure fairness and efficiency.
• In the event of a dispute, any unresolved claims are limited to the total purchase price of the spot, not the fair market value of any potential hit.
• No participant is entitled to receive free sports memorabilia due to a procedural error, whether or not the breaker followed the standard process exactly.
• All dispute resolution claims must be made in writing via email or mail within 72 hours of the break.

4. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Fraudulent Behavior

We are committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all participants. Any form of cheating, scheming, or fraudulent behavior is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

• Fraudulent payment methods or chargebacks.
• Manipulation of break outcomes through dishonest means.
• Misrepresentation of identity or unauthorized multiple account usage.

Violations will result in the following actions:

• Immediate Disqualification – The participant will be removed from the current break and any future participation without refund.
• Permanent Ban – The individual, their immediate family members, associates, or anyone acting on their behalf, will be permanently prohibited from participating in breaks or making purchases.
• Legal Action – Where applicable, we reserve the right to report fraudulent activities to the relevant authorities and pursue legal remedies.
