REFUND & WARRANTY POLICY

This Refund & Warranty Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from Showtime Shopping, Inc., d.b.a. Flash Bang Authentics (“FBA”).
1. General Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies based on product type and platform rules. Certain items—including autographed memorabilia and break items—are final sale unless misdescribed.
2. Sports Break Purchases
Sports break purchases are non-refundable once the break begins.
3. Retail Products
Non-break retail products may be eligible for return if permitted by platform rules, unused, and returned in original condition.
4. Autographed & Collectible Items
Autographed items are final sale unless FBA shipped the wrong item. Minor cosmetic flaws or manufacturer variations are not grounds for return.
If an item’s Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is later found to be invalid or missing from the authentication database after 120 days, we will offer the following options:

Exchange for an item of similar quality and caliber (player substitutions may be necessary for unique items).

Return for a Refund (limited to the original purchase price.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges or refunds.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost or damaged packages follow the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Warranty Limitations
Customized Items and autographed items carry no manufacturer warranty. FBA’s limited express warranty is described in the COA & Authenticity Policy.
