SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed through any Sales Channel offered by Showtime Shopping, Inc., d.b.a. Flash Bang Authentics (“FBA”).

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product type, error, and operational requirements. FBA makes no warranty regarding delivery time frames and its fitness for a particular purpose. Delivery time does not warrant a refund or exchange.

2. Shipping Methods

FBA uses USPS, UPS, and other reputable carriers at its discretion. Shipping options and transit times are determined by each platform’s available features. Tracking information may be provided automatically by the Sales Channel. If tracking is not provided, FBA will supply the tracking number upon Customer request.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Risk of Loss

A package marked “Delivered” by the carrier constitutes delivery. Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon carrier acceptance of the package. FBA is not responsible for carrier delays, misdelivery due to incorrect addresses, theft after delivery, carrier routing errors, or other logistical errors or issues inherent in shipping products nationally. Where appropriate, FBA may assist Customers with filing carrier claims.

4. Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, Customer must notify FBA within 3 business days of delivery confirmation and provide photographs of the packaging and item.

5. Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, FBA will assist with carrier claims but does not guarantee reimbursement. Reshipment or refund, if any, will follow the carrier’s determination or platform rules.

6. Combined Shipments

FBA may combine shipments where practical.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping fees.
