Coa and Authenticity Policy

COA & AUTHENTICITY POLICY

This COA & Authenticity Policy (“Policy”) applies to all autographed memorabilia sold by Showtime Shopping, Inc., d.b.a. Flash Bang Authentics (“FBA”).

1. Third-Party Authentication

Most autographed items include authentication from recognized authentication providers (e.g., Beckett, PSA, JSA, Fanatics).

2. Nature of Third-Party COAs

A third-party COA represents the authenticator’s professional opinion and is not a guarantee.

3. FBA’s Limited Express Warranty

FBA warrants only that the referenced authentication identifier matches the item shipped and that authentication materials provided are genuine to FBA’s knowledge.

4. Compliance with Autograph Laws

FBA complies with applicable state autograph laws, including California Civil Code §1739.7.
This Policy constitutes the written statement required by applicable laws.

5. Items Without Third-Party Authentication

Such items are sold as-is with no authenticity warranty and must be clearly disclosed.

6. Non-Affiliation

FBA is not affiliated with professional leagues, teams, manufacturers, or athletes.

7. Alteration or Tampering

Warranty is void if an item is altered, tampered with, or separated from its authentication materials.

8. Authenticity Disputes

Customer must notify FBA within 3 business days of delivery for any authenticity-related concerns involving misdescription.

9. No Guarantee of Value

FBA makes no guarantee regarding collectible value or future appreciation.
