This Promotions & Giveaways Policy (“Policy”) governs all promotional activities conducted by Showtime Shopping, Inc., d.b.a. Flash Bang Authentics (“FBA”).

1. General Conditions

All Promotions are subject to this Policy and specific Promotion Rules. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

Unless stated otherwise, participants must be 18+ and U.S. residents.

3. Compliance

Promotions comply with all applicable federal, state, and platform rules.

4. Types of Promotions

Promotions may include giveaways, sweepstakes, or loyalty reward programs.

5. No Purchase Necessary / AMOE

Where required, a no-purchase-necessary method of entry is provided.

6. Loyalty Reward Promotions

Purchase-associated promotions may award incidental benefits where a guaranteed product is received.

7. Winner Selection

Winner selection is final and follows Promotion Rules.

8. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

9. Disqualification

FBA may disqualify participants for fraud, manipulation, abusive conduct, or rule violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

FBA is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or platform disruptions.
Platform operators are not sponsors unless explicitly stated.

11. Governing Law

Promotions are governed by California law.
