SPORTS BREAK POLICY

This Sports Break Policy (“Policy”) governs all break-related activities conducted by Showtime Shopping, Inc., d.b.a. Flash Bang Authentics (“FBA”). At FBA, we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and exciting experience for all participants in our sports breaks. By participating in our breaks, you agree to abide by the following policies.

1. Nature of Breaks

Sports breaks are entertainment-based product reveal events. Purchases are treated as product purchases with an associated reveal.

2. Assignment Structure

Each break uses a clearly defined structure described in the listing (team, division, pair, or other format). When all the teams, divisions, pairs etc. are purchased an item is revealed. One customer will receive the item(s) that matches their assigned team, division, pair etc. FBA reserves sole discretion to determine team assignments when necessary.

3. Fairness and Integrity

At Flash Bang Authentics, fairness is at the core of everything we do. Every participant is provided with an equal and fair opportunity to secure a team or item. The nature of a sports break ensures all participants engage with the same level of uncertainty and opportunity. Break results are unknown until revealed. Breaks conducted fairly and impartially. Box/bag selection is a random event. No specific outcome is guaranteed. 

4. Finality of Results

All break results are final. Dissatisfaction with outcome does not qualify for a refund. Purchases are final once teams/divisions/categories are assigned. Results are final when item revealed. FBA is not responsible for any losses incurred in your sports break participation. You are responsible for verifying your assigned spot before the break begins.

5. Sealed and Factory Items

Breaks may include sealed boxes or factory items. The exact contents are unknown until opened.

6. Conduct During Live Events

Harassment, disruption, manipulation, or abusive activity may result in removal from the break and future loss of participation rights.

7. Shipment of Break Items

Break items are shipped according to the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Errors

If FBA makes a demonstrable assignment error, FBA will correct it in good faith. The breaker conducting the break has sole discretion to make procedural decisions to ensure fairness and efficiency. FBA reserves the right to void the entire break for any reason.
